Yes — a credit card on file is required before your first appointment. You don't pay anything when you submit this form. Our team will collect your card information when they call or text to confirm your booking within 24–48 hours.

We are an out-of-network practice. We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide detailed superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan. We're happy to help you understand your benefits before your visit.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), HSA/FSA cards, cash, and check. Payment is due at the time of service. For questions about fees before booking, feel free to reach out to our office.

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand life happens — please reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointments for patients throughout Pennsylvania. Telehealth is available for both initial evaluations and follow-up visits. You'll receive a secure video link before your appointment — all you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera.

Yes — Dr. Dara sees adolescents and families for ADHD consultations. Select "Adolescents & Families — ADHD Consultation" as your appointment type. A parent or guardian must be present for the initial visit. For children under 12, please contact our office directly to discuss the best path forward.
