We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join us as a 1099 independent contractor.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position.
All patient appointments are conducted via telehealth. There is no in-person requirement — ever. See your patients, connect with Dr. Dara, and grow your caseload entirely from home.

We provide full access to our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, EHR system, and onboarding support. All you need is a laptop and a reliable internet connection. No complicated setup, no IT headaches — we make it easy to hit the ground running from day one.

We provide a medically knowledgeable assistant who handles prior authorizations, prescription refills, and routine patient questions. Your time is spent efficiently in clinical care — not logistics.

Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for a candidate who values a thoughtful, steady approach to building a patient caseload and is dedicated to providing the highest-quality psychiatric care.
- Psychiatrist (MD/DO, board-certified or board-eligible) OR Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in psychiatric or mental health settings
- Passion for adult ADHD, mood disorders, and/or women's mental health
- Committed to comprehensive, integrative, patient-centered care
- Self-motivated professional ready to build and grow independently
- Pennsylvania license — or licensed in another state and eligible to obtain PA licensure
- Comfortable with telehealth and virtual care delivery
- Reliable home setup for remote work (laptop, strong internet connection)
