Is it just a coincidence that all my friends have ADHD??

As an ADHD expert, I have always been drawn to friends who have ADHD. I love their spontaneity and fun-loving nature and find their company engaging and refreshing. While some people may only view ADHD as a disorder or a challenge, I see it as a natural way of thinking and being that brings a tremendous amount of vitality to the world. To me, it is a gift and one that has enriched my life in countless ways. I hope you enjoy this glimpse into why I have always loved spending time with friends who have ADHD!
