Simple Process

How Your Virtual Visits Work

Our practice uses Spruce Health — a HIPAA-compliant platform for video appointments and secure messaging — making it easy to connect with your provider.

1

Schedule Your Appointment

Book your evaluation or follow-up appointment online or by reaching out to our team. Choose a time that fits your schedule.

2

Connect via Spruce Health

You’ll be connected through Spruce Health — our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform used for both video call appointments and secure text messaging between visits.

3

Answer the Video Call

On the day of your evaluation or follow-up, simply have the Spruce Health app open on your phone or be signed into Spruce Health on your computer. When it’s time, answer the video call when you see it coming through.

4

Stay Connected Between Visits

Between appointments, use Spruce Health’s secure text messaging to communicate with your provider — ask questions, share updates, and stay on track with your treatment plan.
